  2. For the reservation of the shooting, the hunter / hunting guest must transfer a deposit at least 2 months before the planned hunting date. The hunt shall not be deemed to have been agreed until payment has been received. The deposit is 50% of the cost of the planned launch. As long as the deposit has not been received by us, we reserve the right to assign the shooting elsewhere. If an agreed hunting date is canceled or the hunter / hunting guest is absent without excuse, 50% of the deposit paid will be retained. The remaining balance of the deposit is then transferred back to the hunter / hunting guest.
  3. The purchaser will be invoiced for the difference between the deposit and the final invoice.
  4. The maximum duration for the agreed shooting is 3 hunting days. If conditions permit, an extension can be agreed.
  5. The hunter / hunting guest must provide his own hunting equipment. He also bears the costs for his private accommodation. It is not possible to hunt without a valid Tyrolean hunting license; if the Tyrolean hunting license is not issued, the deposit paid will be forfeited.
  6. The trophy of the hunted game belongs to the hunter / hunting guest. However, this will remain with us until the next trophy show. He can then collect the trophy or have it sent to him for a transportation fee.
  7. The hunting guide decides which game of the agreed species is to be shot. There is no entitlement to a certain quality and quality of the trophy. If the hunting guide has given permission to shoot and the hunter / hunting guest misses or refuses to shoot, 50% of the value of the estimated trophy is due for payment, but at least the deposit paid.
  8. Hunting and travel within the hunting ground is at your own risk and peril.
